    It is in good working order.This machine comes fully checked and serviced by Visual Aids Electronics - an authorized service center for several CCTV Manufacturers, with over 27 years of experience in the Low Vision Field.
    The Flipper Port combines the flipper portable camera to pick up the material and glasses to see the material. It  has color video mode,  black-on-white (positive) modes and white-on-black (negative) mode. The unit has auto focus and camera has read-write position and distance viewing. All parts are safely stored in a solid carrying case. Unit has rechargeable battery and battery charger. Excellent for school, college students and people on a run.
